Return Process

  Place the unworn garments with all original tags attached and the invoice inside the original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

  Ship to Qause Qazaa

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
